職位描述：
position： export sales manager
department： sales & marketing
reports to： sales & marketing director
subordinates: 4-5
key job responsibilities
manage export team to achieve sales and margin target for business growth, deliver operation excellence and good team work within the team.
identify new potential business opportunities worldwide, design and implement strategic plan for business development & achieving sales budget in line with regional & corporate objectives.
build & maintain relations with both existing & new customers. provide professional advice & solution to meet customer business needs and satisfaction.
work pro-actively with other function teams to ensure excellent service level is provided to customers.
provide regular business reports in terms of sales; marketing & business forecast; budget and analysis. responsible for account receivable collection
desired skills and experience
university degree in business administration, master degree in international commerce and trade is preferred
at least 5 years of international trade experience;
very high level of english and cantonese speaking is a must
excellent people leadership, in the way every leader should impact others, by influencing in a positive manner and leading successfully teams (leading self and others)
