職位描述：
1. assist in the implementation of various company systems.
協助執行公司各類制度；
2. get involved before operation of project, application for purchasing and management of daily material of project.
負責項目前期介入、項目日常物資申請采購、管理工作；
3. analysis of energy consumption and operation data of project system equipment, formulate optimized operation plan and supervise implementation.
對項目系統設備的能耗和運行數據進行分析，制定優化運行方案和監督執行情況；
4. supervise outsourcing supplier's equipment maintenance plan, equipment account, emergency plan data collection and filing management.
監管外包供應商的設備保養計劃、設備臺賬、應急預案資料收集歸檔管理；
5. emergency handling, daily work order management, dealing with major customer complaints, focus on assisting each business block in customer relationship maintenance.
突發事件處理、日常工單管理、處理重大客戶投訴，重點協助各業務塊處理客戶關系維護；
6. assist in the examination and approval of property decoration, on-site decoration management and acceptance.
協助管理業主物業的裝修審批，現場裝修管理及驗收工作；
7. responsible for project charge for water and electricity measurement.
負責項目水電分攤計量；
8. assist in planning the annual management plan and objectives of the project, preparing annual budget for projects.
協助策劃項目的年度管理方案及目標，編制項目年度預算；
9. regular organization of personnel skills training and planning exercises.
定期組織人員技能培訓及預案演習工作；
10. assist other departments in pre-delivery work and on-site layout of housing delivery.
協助其他部門進行物業交付前的工作、房屋交付現場布置；
11. assist in follow-up project defect rectification, collate documents, assist in rework result, perfect supporting facilities.
協助跟進項目缺陷整改，整理匯總文檔、跟進返修問題結果，完善配套設施；
12. service evaluation and technology evaluation of outsourcing suppliers.
外包供應商的服務評估、技術測評。
任職要求：
1. 30-45years old, college degree or above.
年齡30-45歲，大專或以上學歷；
2. over 5 years experience of property engineering supervisor or manager.
具有5年以上物業工程部門主管或經理從業工作經驗；
3.strong execution, communication and on-site management skills.
具備較強的執行力、溝通能力，現場管理能力
4.familiar with operating office software.
熟悉操作辦公軟件；
5. holding high-voltage, low-voltage, elevator maintenance certificate, etc.
持有高壓、低壓、電梯維保等多種執業資格證書。
