根據騰飛管理標準，組織實施安全員在職培訓，不斷提高安全員的身體素質和業務水平，增強安全隊伍的凝聚力、戰斗力。
base on ascendas-singbridge’s and country’s standard, regular inspection of safety class work and implementation of management systems, develop major hazard detection, assessment, monitoring measures and emergency rescue plans, responsible for the handling of safety accidents in the park.
根據騰飛及國家的標準，定期檢查安全班工作及各項管理制度的執行情況，制定重大危險源檢測、評估、監控措施和應急救援預案，負責園區安全事故的處理；
regular inspection of the use and maintenance of fire fighting equipment, facilities and safety devices, appliances and vehicles, maintain fire fighting equipment and facilities.
定期檢查消防器材、設施及安全器械、用具及車輛使用和養護情況，帶領團隊維護消防設備設施。
inspecting and supervising the internal affairs of the security team, organize a weekly security situation analysis meeting, summarize weekly public security management work.
檢查、監促安全班的內務工作，每周組織召開一次治安情況分析會議，總結每周治安管理工作。
responsible for the safety management of construction in the park, stop all kinds of violations and deal with emergencies, mediate disputes within the jurisdiction, cooperate and coordinate with relevant government departments.
負責管理園區內施工的安全管理，制止各種違章行為，應對突發事件，調解轄區內的糾紛，配合和協調政府相關職能部門。
to be responsible for the management of fixed assets within departments and the management of accounting data of departments.
負責部門內部固定資產的管理和部門臺賬資料管理。

任職要求：
college degree or above, over 3 years experience of property management, proficiency in the use of fire fighting equipment and the operation process of safety and security work, proficiency in current laws and regulations, policies, safety regulations, fire regulations, etc.
大專以上學歷，具有3年以上保安經理管理工作經驗，熟練掌握消防器材的使用及安全保衛工作各項操作流程，熟練掌握現行各
種法律法規、政策、安全條例、消防法規等方面的專業知識；

4.abundant experience in training subordinates and conducting different exercises, experience in fire controltraining,
army training or public security system training, certificate of property management, is preferred.
有豐富的培訓下屬及舉辦不同演習的經驗；具有消防監控培訓、部隊培訓或公安系統培訓經歷，有物業管理相關正式證書優先考
慮；
5.strong ability of understanding and judgment, organization and coordination, decision-making and business
implementation, ability to handle emergencies, crisis management and first aid knowledge independently.
具有較強的理解判斷能力、組織協調能力、決策能力及業務實施能力，能獨立處理各種突發事件、危機處理能力和急救常識；
6.familiar with operating office software and the writing ability of official documents, lead the team to maintain fire
