你將全面負責整個銷售過程,不僅僅限于日常的客戶聯絡。
具體如下:
1. 向客戶報價,開發及維護客戶
2. 敏銳的市場觸覺,向潛在的客戶/市場開發新的產品。
3. 對不同的產品,不同的服務和銷售理念建立銷售主題,從而促進f&h公司產品的銷售。
4. 提升f&h asia公司知名度,對公司的產品和服務在新的地區進行推廣。
5. 與客戶及采購部一同參加國內的展會,特別負責公司在廣交會的展臺和業務推廣活動。
6. 組織公司展廳產品的更新和布置。
7. 根據業務需要出差。
要求:
1. 具豐富的餐廚生活類產品b2b的銷售經驗,能達到設定的銷售目標。
2. 以結果為導向,為達成目標不斷進取,永不言敗的拼搏精神。
3. 善于挖掘產品的市場潛力。
4. 能敏銳的洞察客戶對不同產品的需求。
5. 自我激勵,能獨立完成工作同時具團隊協作精神。
6. 積極主動,正向思維,強烈的意愿在有組織性的團隊內工作。
7. 工作有條理有規劃,能同時處理多個進行中的項目,并按時完成。
8. 對紡織品、金屬、塑料、木材、陶瓷和玻璃等材料屬性有一定了解。
9. 了解“餐廚、生活居家類”產品及制作工藝流程。
10. 熟悉各類microsoft辦公軟件
11. 優秀的中英文口頭及書面表達能力。
12. 具有開荒牛的開拓精神和執行力 。

f&h asia in guangzhou, which is a part of f&h of scandinavia group in denmark, is looking for a result orientated sales manager to expand our sales of products and services within the "kitchen-living & dining" product segment. f&h asia is operating as trading company in china and our main business is currently acting as sourcing and purchase office for f&h of scandinavia in denmark as well as for other importers in europe.
to expand our business internationally, we are looking for an local experienced sales manager who can bring our export trading business to the next level and build up a sales organization as well as developing sales concepts and services within the "kitchen-living & dining" product segment.
you will be a part of a company with a good working environment and a dynamic "team orientated culture” with short communication and decision-making lines. f&h asia is a financial solid company with strong ambitions and growth potential with desire to invest in its employees and in the company's future development.
through outreach sales, you are working to contribute to f&h asia′s ambitious sales-and export goals. your success criteria are to achieve budgeted revenue through the development and expansion of the customer portfolio, where you as a natural part of your daily life focus on maintaining and developing existing customers and creating new business accounts. you will be responsible for the entire sales process, and not least a daily contact with the customers. as part of the sales work, you are expected to:
? being able to prepare calculations and sales offers to customers, hereunder develop and maintain business relationship.
? detect and track sales leads in order to create and establish new business with potential markets and customers.
? create a visible "red thread" within different products, product groups, company services and sales concepts hereunder sales- and promotion campaigns.
? increase the market's awareness of f&h asia, while exploring new areas for promoting the company's products and services.
? participate in domestic exhibitions and trade fairs with customers and our sourcing team, in particular responsible for the company′s booth and activities at canton fair.
? organize and keep the company show room up to date with relevant products and outlook in general.
? travelling domestic- and internationally according to related sales activities.
your profile:
? extended trading experience with b2b sales in the "kitchen-living & dining" product segment and can document achieved sales results.
? result orientated with a strong spirit of willingness to win – “to go the extra mile” in order to achieve the goals and budgets.
? able to detect product trends with good commercial potential.
? good sense and understanding of customer needs within different target groups.
? self-motivated and able to work independently as well as being team orientated.
? working proactively with a positive mind and likes working in a well-organized team with strong working spirit.
? well-structured working style and able to coop and handle multiple ongoing projects at same time hereunder complying with deadlines.
? general material knowledge in various materials like textile, metals, plastics, wood, ceramics and glass etc.
? good understanding and knowledge of production and manufacturing processes within "kitchen-living & dining" product segment.
? experienced user of microsoft office software.
? excellent verbal and written communication skills in chinese and english.
