1. work closely with factory/vendors on new product development and performance improvement
2. communicate frequently with sales team on key projects to ensure final products can suit customer needs.
3. responsible for supplier quality , outgoing quality and quality assurance
4. carry out and formulate product benchmark in performance, reliability & safety
5. handling complaint in failure analysis and 8d report follow up
6. provide regular reporting on testing and quality status of own factory/vendors
7. other work explained by the department supervisor
1.?與工廠/供應(yīng)商緊密合作進行新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和性能改進
2.?經(jīng)常與銷售團隊就關(guān)鍵項目進行溝通，確保最終產(chǎn)品能夠滿足客戶的需求。
3.負責供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量，出庫質(zhì)量等的質(zhì)量保證
4.?執(zhí)行和制定產(chǎn)品性能、可靠性和安全性的基準
5.?處理投訴的故障分析和8d報告的跟進
6.?定期報告工廠/供應(yīng)商的測試和質(zhì)量狀況
7.?部門主管交待的其他工作
requirements 職位要求：
1. university degree or above in engineer or quality related discipline
2. good command of reading and written english (level 4 or up)
3. 6 sigma certified preferred and hands on experience in quality management tools
4. at least 5 years of above in qc/qa. experienced in testing
5. knowledge of battery related standard like iec60086, ansi c18.1m and un38.3 standard，familiar with iso9001, 14001 requirements
6. battery related experience preferred，travelling to suppliers required
7. ms office and strong computer skills

2.?良好的英語讀寫能力(四級或以上)
3. 有6西格瑪認證優(yōu)先，具有質(zhì)量管理工具經(jīng)驗
4.?5年以上qc/qa工作經(jīng)驗，有測試經(jīng)驗
5.?熟悉iec60086、ansi c18.1m、un38.3等電池相關(guān)標準，熟悉iso9001、14001體系要求
6.?有電池相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，需要不定期的出差審核供應(yīng)商
7.?良好的辦公軟件和計算機操作技能
