post duties 崗位職責(zé)
—fully responsible for the management of domestic sales department, establish and improve various management systems, promote standardization and scientification of marketing system management, and do not develop marketing budgets and related manpower plans, design and implement promotional plans.

—planning the overall operation and business direction of the company's marketing system, leading the team building, standardizing the marketing process, formulating the marketing system, and completing the marketing goals.
—規(guī)劃公司營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)、業(yè)務(wù)方向,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),規(guī)范營(yíng)銷流程,制訂營(yíng)銷制度,完成營(yíng)銷目標(biāo);
—according to the development direction of enterprises, we should familiarity with relevant market information and make a summary analysis, and form a report organization's department to adopt various methods and means to open up the market.

post requirements 崗位要求:
—bachelor degree or above in chemistry, management, marketing and other related majors;
—化學(xué)、管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
—more than eight years of relevant working experience, of which five years and above the marketing management experience in chemical industry;
—八年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中五年及以上化工行業(yè)營(yíng)銷管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
—training experience in strategic management, strategic marketing, change management, management ability development, financial management and so on.
—受過(guò)戰(zhàn)略管理、戰(zhàn)略市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、變革管理、管理能力開(kāi)發(fā)、財(cái)務(wù)管理等方面的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷;
