Responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
1. Support manager in building and implementing sourcing strategy, source and purchase components or products for Rite-Hite Operating Companies.
配合采購經(jīng)理完善和實施采購戰(zhàn)略，為瑞泰集團(tuán)各運營公司開發(fā)、采購零部件或產(chǎn)品
2. Making Purchasing report including quality and delivery, conduct bid evaluation and analysis, thus, make assessment to the suppliers periodically.
定期制作采購報表，包括供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量，交貨等信息；對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評估和分析，做定期的考核。
3. Order processing and follow up, as well as driving continuous improvement regarding price, service, delivery performance, and lead-times.
公司部分訂單的處理和跟蹤，并推動價格、服務(wù)、交付性能和交貨時間的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
4. Take part in the NPI, Follow the sample status, and update the process to NPI team.
參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，跟蹤樣品的進(jìn)展并及時反饋給項目組.
5. Play the roll as SQE, Work with Engineering, Production, QC and suppliers to resolve the quality issues.
通過與技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)等部門以及供應(yīng)商的合作，解決采購件的質(zhì)量問題
6. Support to establish and improve related information in system, such as supplier building and purchasing parts information building.
協(xié)助建立并完善系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)信息,例如供應(yīng)商資料和采購物料的信息的完善。
7. Provide suggestion on supply chain optimization.
根據(jù)現(xiàn)有資源，為公司提供優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈的建議
8. Other related tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification崗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above.
工程類本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. Sable personality， at least 3 years of purchasing working experience; global sourcing experience is preferred.
性格穩(wěn)重，至少三年以上采購經(jīng)驗；有全球采購經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
3. Have experience of ERP.
有ERP使用經(jīng)驗
4. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, especially in written English.
良好的中英語溝通能力，尤其是書面英語
5. Ability to read simple drawings related specifications in English.
能夠閱讀簡單的英文圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)范。
6. Good negotiation skills and cost consciousness.
優(yōu)秀談判技巧與成本意識
7. Good quality service consciousness；
良好的質(zhì)量服務(wù)意識
能熟練使用馬蜂盯標(biāo)進(jìn)行招標(biāo)采購類信息查詢
