Role responsibilities:
? Deliver support, professional training and implement to global clients, basing on construction management skill and RIB software platform
? 結合自身的建筑管理知識，使用公司軟件平臺，給予全球客戶支持、培訓、實施
? Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes, develop and manage the complementation of RIB construction software solutions
? 根據對客戶產品流程的具體分析，與內部產品經理溝通，提供建筑解決方案
? Provide post installation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues and responding in an appropriate and timely manner
? 從專業建筑角度出發，分析評估軟件功能需求，給客戶提供及時的支持與協助
? Involve with sales team on the product demonstration and pre-sales activities to potential clients
? 協助銷售團隊進行產品演示、售前的支持
? Implement and manage the installation, data migration, configuration and server and network compatibility interface of RIB Software at client sites
? 協助IT工程師，對實施安裝過程中確保數據遷移、服務器配置、網絡接口等提出建議
