崗位職責：
負責全球供應鏈整體管理，供應鏈體系優化，根據公司戰略制定并落實供應鏈戰略，提高整體運營效率，持續降低運營成本。
1、優化產銷協同體系，持續提升供應鏈交付、庫存和質量管理能力，持續提升客戶交付滿意度；
2、健全供應鏈定單體系，包括用戶交互、設計、制造、物流等全流程的業務流程、標準、制度等并持續優化；
3、建立供應鏈全球化布局，通過持續優化倉儲、工廠、產地布局、物流優化等措施降低供應鏈成本并縮短供應周期；
4、負責供應團隊的運營與管理，建設全球的Sourcing、采購、物控、計劃、倉儲、物流人才梯隊。
Responsible for overall global supply chain management, optimizing supply chain systems, developing and implementing supply chain strategies based on company strategies, improving overall operational efficiency, and continuously reducing operational costs.
1. Optimize the production and sales coordination system, continuously improve supply chain delivery, inventory, and quality management capabilities, and continuously improve customer delivery satisfaction;
2. Improve the supply chain order system, including business processes, standards, systems, etc. of the whole process of user interaction, design, manufacturing, logistics, and continue to optimize;
3. Establish a global supply chain layout, reduce supply chain costs and shorten supply cycles by continuously optimizing warehousing, factory, origin layout, logistics optimization, and other measures;
4. Responsible for the operation and management of the supply team, and building a global talent team for sourcing, procurement, material control, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
任職要求：
1、精通Sourcing/計劃/采購流程管理、資產管理的相關知識；
2、精通中英雙語，能將英語作為工作語言，與外籍管理者、客戶對話
3、熟悉各國的物流法規和商務談判，對經濟趨勢敏銳性強，具有較好的市場認知能力和采購體系的戰略思維；
4、有電源或相關行業經驗者尤佳；
5、在跨國團隊管理、合作、人才梯隊建設上有實操經驗
1. Proficient in sourcing/planning/procurement process management and asset management;
2. Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to use English as the working language and communicate with foreign managers and clients
3. Familiar with logistics regulations and business negotiations in various countries, with strong sensitivity to economic trends, good market awareness, and strategic thinking in procurement systems;
4. Experience in power supply or related industries is preferred;
5. Practical experience in managing multinational teams, collaborating, and building talent echelons.
經驗要求：
1、在30億以上年產值的跨國電子制造業擔任過供應鏈高級管理崗位
2、熟悉OEM（研發、銷售，生產委外）、ODM（產銷研一體）和OBM（代工）三種運營模式，能針對性的開展供應鏈管理和運營工作
3、在供應商管理（特別是電子料和結構件供應商）、生產成本控制、工作效率提升及生產工藝優化等方面有成功的實踐經驗
1. Served as a senior supply chain management position in the multinational electronics manufacturing industry with an annual output value of over 3 billion yuan
2. Familiar with OEM, ODM, and OBM operation modes, able to carry out targeted supply chain management and operation work
3. Have successful practical experience in supplier management (especially electronic material and structural component suppliers) and production cost control
