項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理
職責(zé)描述：
-確定和定義項(xiàng)目范圍和目標(biāo)
制定和管理詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和工作計(jì)劃
預(yù)測(cè)實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)所需的資源，并有效地管理資源
-根據(jù)工作范圍和資源需求準(zhǔn)備預(yù)算
跟蹤項(xiàng)目成本以滿足預(yù)算
-向各利益相關(guān)方提供項(xiàng)目戰(zhàn)略、調(diào)整、進(jìn)度和 kpi 的持續(xù)更新
通過分配任務(wù)和溝通預(yù)期交付成果，管理與供應(yīng)商的合同
-監(jiān)督進(jìn)度并根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行調(diào)整
-評(píng)估項(xiàng)目績(jī)效，找出需要改進(jìn)的地方
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,
progress, and KPIs
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
崗位要求
1. 有良好的英語書寫能力。
2. 有 PMP 認(rèn)證，有敏捷經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.良好的溝通、談判和沖突管理能力。
4.需要有一些數(shù)據(jù)分析技能。
5. 有跨部門業(yè)務(wù)/職能溝通能力，通過分配的項(xiàng)目從開始到完成，并確保他們滿足積極的時(shí)
間，性能，成本和質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。
6. 確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)啟動(dòng)并滿足交付要求。使用適當(dāng)?shù)尿?yàn)證技術(shù)管理項(xiàng)目范圍、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和項(xiàng)
目成本的變更，以保持項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性和更新。
7. 使用適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぞ吆图夹g(shù)測(cè)量項(xiàng)目績(jī)效，以監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展，識(shí)別和量化任何偏差，執(zhí)行任

9. 執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)后的評(píng)估，以確保達(dá)到目標(biāo)，并報(bào)告與計(jì)劃的業(yè)務(wù)盈利能力的差距。
10.在必要時(shí)管理關(guān)鍵路徑資源的優(yōu)先級(jí)，以幫助推動(dòng)結(jié)果。
1. Good command of written English.
2. PMP certified, Agile experienced are preferred.
3. Good communication, negotiation and conflict management skill.
4. This candidate need to have some data analysis skills.
5. Lead cross functional business/departments through assigned projects from inception to
completion, and ensure they meet aggressive timing, performance, cost and quality objectives.
6. Ensure projects launch on time and meet deliverable requirements. Manage changes to the
project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in
order to keep the project plan accurate, and updated.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the
progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective
actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
8. Ensure that timely and accurate reviews and routine reports are conducted on assigned projects.
9. Perform post launch reviews on projects to ensure targets have been met and report gaps to
planned business profitability.
10. Manage day-to-day priorities of critical path resources when necessary to help drive results
