職責描述:
Collections are responsible for delivering a professional service that assists customers in financial difficulty to get back on their feet. They are responsible of minimizing any losses to the bank by collecting overdue debts, as well as protect both customers' and the bank's interests at all times.
1. The role holder will be part of a dynamic regional team that will support Collections Operations and Operations Support functions.
2. The primary responsibility pivot around providing operational governance of adherence to the Global Collections Coaching Standards along with driving continuous improvement of GSC Collections Operations.
3. Participate in various forums and be responsible of facilitating regional change initiatives for GSC Collections.
4. Provide support and governance for Collections Operations and Operations Support activities including process enhancement, operational control
