職責描述:
? Foster strong client-relationship and play the role as a trusted advisor and business partner.
? Strategically assess the value of services provided for continuous improvement of service delivery.
? Cross-sell DPS capabilities and identify opportunities to expand the relationship to new stakeholders and drive organic growth.
? Provide effective solutions with client centricity in mind and be critical about clients'internal dynamics and structure.
? Work closely with production heads to ensure outstanding performance and delivery of service beyond quality standards.
? Be accountable for benchmarking current capabilities versus industry practices and understand the market for skills requirements.
? Exhibit an entrepreneurial and collaborative ‘can do’ culture and mindset within the team and its clients.
? Work closely with the business head in developing initiatives for business expansion.
任職要求:
? Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate.
? Experience working in a top digital or integrated agency in an equivalent role with a proven track record in client satisfaction and account growth is preferred.
? A strong understanding of brand and communications strategies is nice to have.
? Highly effective communication skills; strong command of both written and spoken English.
? Commercial and financial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
? Ability to think innovatively and creatively with a structured, systematic working style.
? Self-driven with a “can-do” attitude. Can project positive influence within the team.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? Flexibility in working different shifts when required.
