工作職責:
1、管理洗衣房的工作,包括所有客房和套房的布草,所有餐飲場所和會議場所的布草,修補,客人的干洗服務,根據酒店和公司的業務目標,確保符合所有產品質量標準,為酒店客人提供優質的服務;
2、財務回報:
·Works with Superior Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
·與上級領導和財務總監一起編制和管理部門預算。
·Ensure daily production records for linen and uniforms are maintained
·對每日所洗的布草和制服的數量進行記錄。
·Control and record chemical consumption and reorder as required
·控制并記錄洗衣粉消耗情況并按要求訂貨。
·Assist in maintaining records of stock and equipment
·協助保管庫存和設備記錄。
3、員工團隊:
·Posses a complete knowledge of washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing techniques
·全面掌握濕洗、去漬、上漿、干洗和熨燙的技能。
·Organize movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service
組織洗前和洗后的衣物的運送和上門送衣服務。
4、賓客體驗:
·Ensure that all items laundered and dry cleaned within the hotel’s laundry are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition
確保酒店洗衣房的濕洗和干洗服務均達到***標準,所洗衣物均整潔的返還至客人或員工
5、企業責任:
·Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling, and cleaning agents).
·及時、高效訂購各種所需物資和設備,降低浪費,促進“綠色”環保(如:循環使用容器、節約清潔劑等)。

·Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
·擁有在與他人交往時大多數時間所使用的溝通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司與顧客,員工和第三方交往的能力。
·Good writing skills
·具有良好寫作技能
·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
·熟練使用微軟辦公軟件
·Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
·具有解決問題,推理,號召,組織和培訓能力
·Strong Leadership skills in managing teams
·在管理隊伍中有很強的領導技能。
