Job specification:
? Proactively engage with all client supply chain function stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge
? Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams
? Provide consulting services, communicate and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business requirements of various supply chain function, refine requirements and translation requirements into IT technical solutions
? Act as IT subject matter expert in multi projects of client Supply Chain. Be in charge of the IT relevant tasks and work streams.
Key qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.
? >5 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role
? Consumer order management project experience is preferred.
? Basic IT application architecture knowledge
? Project management working experience is preferred.
? Understand agile methodology.
? Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus
? Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
