Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and implementation of large scale system integration projects
Create high level and detailed level requirement specifications for major and minor projects
Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements
Manage client expectation, and escalations, issues, and requirements from client.
Work with sales team to develop new opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor degree of Science in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
8 years of management experience in IT industry
Experience in collaborating with software and hardware engineers, and knowledge of architecture design.
Good interpersonal skill, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team
Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong resource management experience, including performance management, workload distribution, team development and knowledge management.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Cantonese
