主要職責/Your Responsibilities:
? 根據組織級流程，指導并支持項目定義及裁剪項目級流程，并推動流程的實施。Based on the organizational processes, guide and support the project to define and tailor the project processes, and drive the implementation of the processes
? 識別項目質量目標和要求，并定義項目質量保證策略/計劃。Identify project quality targets and requirements, and define project quality assurance strategy/plan.
? 控制和確保項目工作產品和過程的質量。Control and ensure the quality of project work products and processes.
? 質量指標度量和分析。Quality metrics measurement and analysis.
? 項目發布評審和批準。Project release review and approval.
? 跟蹤不符合項直至關閉，并在需要時進行升級。Track non-conformances till closure and escalate when needed.
? 定期報告項目質量狀態，驅動過程持續改進。Report project quality status regularly and drive process continuous improvement.
崗位要求/Required Qualification:
? 相關專業的學士或碩士學位（如計算機科學、軟件工程、電氣工程等） Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
? 5-15年工作經驗，至少5年以上汽車行業軟件質量保證經驗，有額外的軟件工程經驗者優先（如開發、測試、配置管理、項目管理等）5 to 15 years’ working experience, at least 5 years’ experience in software quality assurance in automotive industry, having additional software engineering experience is preferred (e.g. development, test, configuration management, project management, etc.)
? 熟悉ASPICE和ASPICE for Cybersecurity，有至少ASPICE L2項目實踐經驗，助理評估師優先 Familiar with ASPICE, have at least ASPICE L2 project practical experience, ASPICE Provisional Assessor is preferred
? 熟悉配置管理和工具（如Confluence、Jira、Codebeamer等）Familiar with configuration management and tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Codebeamer, etc.)
? 了解至少3項其他質量標準（如CMMI、ISO9001、ISO26262、ISO21434、TISAX、VDA 2等）Knowledge of at least 3 other quality standards (e.g. CMMI, ISO9001, ISO26262, ISO21434, TISAX, VDA 2, etc.)
