Overview:
A Researcher in a recruitment company supports the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, gathering market intelligence, and assisting recruiters with candidate sourcing and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and shortlist potential candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Support Recruitment Team: Assist recruiters with initial candidate screenings, background checks, and interview coordination.
Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries on candidate pipelines and market insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment databases and online research tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
