Job Overview
The Market Analyst Intern will play a role in supporting China institutional link team to make data-supported, informed decision on China institutional recruitment strategy, resource investments, programme innovation, admissions and sales process improvements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
? Analyse and interpret INTO and industry wide data to enable China institutional link team to better understand the needs and trends of the China school market, and in turn make informed decisions.
? Analyse and interpret INTO data to support China institutional link team decisions on performance coaching of the recruitment teams.
? Research, consolidate and present China-relevant industry wide data, publications, news articles, mergers and acquisitions to support China institutional link team recruitment strategy.
Location
The preferred location for this position is Shanghai.
Reporting Lines
This position reports to CHKM Partner Strategy Manager and works very closely with the CHKM Regional Office staff.
Salary
A competitive stipend will be offered based on qualification and experience. The internship last for 2 months, 5 days per week. Part-time can also be considered.
Skills Criteria
1\ Chinese Language (Mandarin): Fluent.
2\ English Language: excellent reading and writing skills.
