Career Summary:
? Develop and execute the Operations Department's 3-year business and annual operating plans.
? Set and communicate SMART goals for immediate employees aligned with the department's objectives.
? Implement and optimize the department's structure, roles, and cross-functional workflows.
? Manage staffing plans, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
? Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
? Monitor and report on the department's performance against KPIs.
? Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
? Plan and prepare production capacity to meet order requirements.
? Oversee production output to meet quality, quantity, and cost targets.
? Ensure the effective management of plant facilities, equipment, and environmental safety.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
? Strong knowledge of KPI development, implementation, and monitoring.
? Expertise in production planning and capacity management.
? Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic environment.
? Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
? Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
Note: Willing to relocate base in Thailand
