Below lists the requirements:
? Plan the resources for hypercare and the whole plan. Like escalation route, meeting structure etc.
? Conduct the hypercare call and report the status. This person should have a high communication skill, because it is good if the person can be able to talk to blue color on the floor, all the way up to top management, if we for example have high prio incidents.

職責描述：
1、從事SAP EWM/WM模塊相關咨詢工作，包括業務需求分析、方案設計、項目實施、測試支持和用戶培訓等。
2、針對客戶需求和行業特點，提出基于 SAP 的解決方案；
3、依據項目要求，負責 SAP的項目實施工作或新業務需求開發工作: 需求分析、業務流程優化、方案設計、系統測試上線。
任職要求：
1、有5年以上SAP EWM/WM模塊項目交付經驗，有S4實施項目經驗
2、精通業務模塊的詳細業務流程設計和系統方案設計；
3、具有優秀的溝通技巧、學習能力和項目交付能力；
4、英語可以流利工作交流；
5、可以接受出差。

? S4 Brownfield, Greenfield experience/cloud knowledge / RISE with SAP
? Technical project management experience (both ASAP and agile), biding price estimation, risk control
? Solid experience in customer-facing and relationship management
? Pre-sale and presentation experience/skill
? Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Qualifications
7 years of SAP experiences with GTM capability
Hands-on S4 technical upgrade project management experiences
