【Key Responsibilities】
1. Assist Department Head to supervise and lead the team to achieve the KPIs as well as to drive initiatives to uplift operations efficiency and customer experience
2. Drive initiatives and Company strategic projects in order to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Company Campaigns, Digital Initiatives, Operation Efficiency Projects, Compliance or regulatory requirements
3. Review and analyse new insurance applications for risk exposure and compliance with underwriting guidelines and risk management principles
4. Negotiate with reinsurers for reinsurance related matters
5. Set up SOPs; develop, review and conduct quality control
6. Perform complex cases assessment, review and make approval on cases escalated by subordinates
7. Perform pre-underwriting with HNW customers, handles and responds to enquiries from internal customers
8. Review and streamline internal processes for seamless end-to-end service delivery
9. Prepare regular and adhoc reports and interpret figures to understand any specific issues, monitor and analyze trends
10. Conduct training for internal/external customers on underwriting-related areas and team members on areas within their own expertise
11. Assist in the implementation of new measures to upgrade operational efficiency
【Requirements】
1. Degree Holder with professional insurance qualifications such as FLMI, ACS, ALU or equivalent
2. Minimum 8 years solid underwriting experience in life insurance with at least 4 years in a supervisory/managerial role
3. Underwriting medical authority of not less than extra mortality 100%, with high net worth experience preferable
4. Experience in process management and transformation will be an advantage
5. Excellent problem solving skill and logical thinking; ability to identify source of data and analyse data to construct a case with reasonable recommendations and decisions, supported by sound justifications
6. Strong sense of compliance, ethics and integrity; hold self accountable for own decisions and actions
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. open to new ideas and suggestions; attentive to details and willing to learn
9. Willing and able to work under pressure with positive working attitude
10. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
11. Familiar in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

9. 通過數據監測分析瞭解具體問題,分析和評估客戶的風險狀況、資質和保險需求,定期撰寫報告,提供專業的核保建議和解決方案
10. 參與培訓和指導內/外部員工,提高團隊的核保能力和效率
【崗位要求】
1. 大學本科學歷,持有專業保險資格證書,如FLMI、ACS、ALU或同等資格證書
2. 至少8年壽險核保經驗,其中至少4年擔任過管理職務
3. 核保醫療加費權限不低於額外死亡率100%,有高淨值客戶核保經驗者優先
4. 有流程管理和業務轉型相關工作經驗者優先
5. 具備優秀的分析和問題解決能力和數據分析能力,能夠快速及準確地評估復雜的風險情況並提出合理的建議和決定
6. 具備較強的合規、道德和誠信意識,對自己的決定和行動負責
7. 具有良好人際交往和溝通能力;樂於接受新的想法和建議
8. 注重細節,樂於學習
9. 具備良好的團隊合作精神和工作責任心,能夠在高壓環境下保持高效率和準確性
10. 精通粵語、英語者優先
11. 熟練使用MS Word,Excel,PowerPoint
