崗位職責(zé):
1. Develop the company's human resources development strategy and plan, participate in decision-making on major issues, provide human resources management reports and solutions;
2. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual business plan and responsibility performance, assist the CEO in promoting the implementation of annual business management goals and key management work;
3. According to the company's development strategy, starting from mechanisms, incentives, and talent, organize the formulation of medium - and long-term development plans for human resources to support the healthy development of the company;
4. Research and improve the company's human resource development and management system (including comprehensive construction of organizational development, talent introduction, talent development, performance incentives, compensation and benefits, etc.), establish sound human resource management processes, systems and standards, and organize their implementation;
5. Assist the executive team in working around the company's business development goals, promote overall operational efficiency improvement, drive organizational and talent management changes, and continuously enhance the company's per capita efficiency;
6. Introduce outstanding external talents, optimize core team capabilities, guide the construction of the company's talent pool, establish and improve successor plans and talent pool construction plans; Promote the improvement of talent evaluation systems at all levels, responsible for conducting regular inventory and evaluation of organizations and talents, and establishing mechanisms for talent selection and reserve;
7. Promote the reform of the company's talent incentive mechanism, establish a scientific, fair, and effective talent incentive mechanism, and continuously promote its implementation;
8. Responsible for planning and integrating human resource management systems, responsible for the construction of human resource information projects, including requirement analysis, platform building, system implementation, and ensuring the operation and use of the system;
9. Implement the construction and promotion of corporate culture, improve employees' understanding and recognition of company culture, and leverage the guiding role of corporate culture in work practice.

7、推動公司人才激勵機制變革,建立科學(xué)、公平、有效的人才激勵機制,并持續(xù)推進實施;

1. Bachelor's degree or above, management major preferred, both Chinese and English can be used as working languages;
2. More than 15 years of experience in human resource management, including over 5 years of overall management experience in CHO/HRVP; Work experience in large multinational corporations, overseas operations, manufacturing enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies is preferred;
3. Has in-depth research on enterprise operation, human resource management, and operational management, especially in the OD/TD module, and has implemented relevant institutional systems;
4. Having strategic thinking, global thinking, strong management, organization, communication and coordination skills, collaborative ability with senior management, rigorous management style, and excellent overall planning ability;
5. Has unique methodology and experience in handling complex problems, and has successfully led major change projects in the company;
6. Having experience in cross-cultural work and being able to work in diverse national/ethnic cultural environments;
