崗位職責(zé):
Principal responsibilities
1.Management Information Reporting: working with the wider WDAC central portfolio team, IT and Transformation Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking of actuals against forecast, both from a cost and headcount perspective, including distillation of this information for succinct and digestible upward reporting.
2.Providing accounting guidance to the Project Management community: improving the overall quality and capability of cost and resource forecasting among change practitioners within WDAC through ongoing review and coaching.
3.Gatekeeper of project costs: management of the cost tollgate process, ensuring recruitment aligns with approved forecast.
4.Business Partnering with Vendors and Project Managers: improve process efficiency, improve forecasting of resourcing and non-resourcing requirements and reduction of costs where appropriate.
5.Ensuring project expenditure approval and adhering to financial guidelines and policy.
6.Strengthen and embed investment appraisal principles: ensure the WDAC change portfolio is following robust decision-making processes and is maintaining effective business case management throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation to benefits realization.
Customers / Stakeholders
1.In this role you will work directly with a broad range of stakeholders across multiples businesses and functions.
2.It is imperative that you are able to show excellent stakeholder management.
3.Build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
4.Ensure requirements coming from multiple areas are aligned.
5.Managing expectations of multiple stakeholders and resolving conflicts.

Knowledge
1.Experience of working in a change environment within financial services.
2.Knowledge of accounting practices within a projects / change context.
3.Knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc.
Experience
1.Experience of supporting programmes with large budgets (0510M ).
2.Experience as a HR / Finance Business Partner would be advantageous.
3.Proven ability working in in complex multi-jurisdiction and multi-cultural environments.
4.Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
Experience in PMO of complex programmes/ organizations.
Capabilities
1.Experience of management accounting and forecasting.
2.Understanding of financial controls.
3.Business Case Development and Benefits Realisation.
4.Resource and Team Management, and Strong analytical skills.
Qualifications and Accreditations
1.Educated to degree level or equivalent.
2.Accounting qualification would be advantageous.
3.Knowledge of HSBC financial systems (e.g. TM1, gPDM, HIBS/CIBS) would be advantageous.
