工作內(nèi)容(Job Responsibilities):
1、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓與客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā):負(fù)責(zé)跨國(guó)公司招聘系統(tǒng)的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)和開(kāi)拓,識(shí)別并接觸潛在的高價(jià)值客戶(hù),與之建立并保持長(zhǎng)久友好的聯(lián)系;
- Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Responsible for market development and customer acquisition for multinational company recruitment systems, identifying and engaging with potential high-value clients, and establishing and maintaining long-term, friendly relationships with them.
2、需求分析與產(chǎn)品推廣:深入了解客戶(hù)的需求,推廣公司產(chǎn)品,提供及幫助客戶(hù)招聘數(shù)字化、項(xiàng)目管理、系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的解決方案落地;
- Needs Analysis and Product Promotion: Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs, promoting company products, and providing and assisting customers with the implementation of digital recruitment, project management, and system implementation solutions.
3、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案策劃與執(zhí)行:負(fù)責(zé)策劃和落實(shí)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案,結(jié)合公司的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),完成銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo),包括但不限于SaaS產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)拓展;
- Sales Plan Development and Execution: Responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, aligning with company business objectives and market trends, achieving sales targets, including but not limited to the sales and market expansion of SaaS products.
4、市場(chǎng)信息收集與分析:收集市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,為產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)和銷(xiāo)售策略提供建議,增強(qiáng)公司在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;
- Market Information Collection and Analysis: Gathering market and competitor information to provide suggestions for product improvement and sales strategies, enhancing the company's competitiveness in the market.
5、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
- Other tasks assigned by leadership.
任職要求(Job Requirements):
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,有母語(yǔ)為英語(yǔ)國(guó)家背景者優(yōu)先;
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background from an English-speaking country preferred.
2、積極的銷(xiāo)售心態(tài),3年以上BD銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有海外HRIS系統(tǒng)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),主流系統(tǒng)如Workday、Successfactor等的銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),擅于持續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)陌生客戶(hù),過(guò)往銷(xiāo)售成績(jī)優(yōu)秀;
- A proactive sales mentality, with over 3 years of BD sales experience, experience with overseas HRIS systems, sales experience with mainstream systems such as Workday, Successfactors, adept at continuously developing new clients, with an excellent track record in sales.
3、對(duì)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)有深入了解,能夠把握市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)和客戶(hù)需求;
- A deep understanding of international markets, capable of grasping market dynamics and customer needs.
4、具備較強(qiáng)的演講能力和溝通能力,能獨(dú)立自信的面對(duì)HRD或以上級(jí)別的企業(yè)客戶(hù);
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to confidently face corporate clients at the level of HRD or above.
5、有B端銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;有Saas銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;有各大企業(yè)HR人脈、高管人脈資源的優(yōu)先;有獵頭工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;各行各業(yè)優(yōu)秀銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)者優(yōu)先;有國(guó)際項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
- Preference for those with B2B sales experience; SaaS sales experience; connections in HR and executive networks across various companies; headhunting experience; top sales performers in various industries; international project experience.
