A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy Transformer (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd as a Manufacture Quality Control Engineer and start your day by monitoring and inspecting material quality in our production process. Analyzing data and collaborating with production teams to maintain quality control standards will be your main focus. You'll also conduct regular quality audits and coordinate with different departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues. Your role will contribute to improving product reliability and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. 根據(jù)工作指引，負(fù)責(zé)變壓器生產(chǎn)制造過程中的檢驗(yàn)工作，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和合同要求；
2. 協(xié)調(diào)并跟蹤產(chǎn)品缺陷的處理過程，詳細(xì)記錄工序中的質(zhì)量問題，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析；
3. 積極參與并執(zhí)行質(zhì)量改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目，推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
4. 與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，確保質(zhì)量控制措施在生產(chǎn)過程中得到有效實(shí)施；
5. 定期進(jìn)行質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)，提升員工的質(zhì)量意識(shí)和技能。
What You Bring
1. 具有電氣工程、機(jī)械制造或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科學(xué)歷；
2. 具有變壓器行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
3. 能夠閱讀和理解機(jī)械制圖圖紙和規(guī)范；
4. 溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力，良好的溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，能夠與生產(chǎn)、工程和其他相關(guān)部門緊密合作；
5. 工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真，具有高度的責(zé)任心和質(zhì)量意識(shí)，能夠在壓力下工作
6. 熟練使用辦公軟件（如Microsoft Office）和質(zhì)量管理軟件；
7. 具備基本的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力；
8. 英語能力良好者優(yōu)先考慮。
