How You’ll Make an Impact/職責與挑戰
61 Provide professional consultation on human resources policy and operational support to the organization/為組織提供關于人力資源政策的專業咨詢以及運營方面的支持
61 Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions as well as people-related issues/通過調查和解決有關工作條件以及與人相關的問題，來支持員工關系方面的活動
61 Assist Line Managers in addressing specific people topics by advising on options within the context of company policy and local labor law/在公司政策和當地勞動法的框架內，為直線經理提供可行方案的建議，協助他們處理特定的人員相關事務
61 Manage data and documentation handling at a local level as required/根據需要在本地層面管理數據及文件處理工作
61 Support HRBP on the implementation of local HR activities and projects in alignment with organizational requirements/配合組織的要求，支持人力資源業務伙伴（HRBP）開展本地的人力資源活動和項目
61 Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or HR team, ensuring all actions are completed with precision and in a timely manner/承擔經理或人力資源團隊分配的臨時任務，確保所有工作都能準確無誤且及時地完成
What You Bring/綜合素質要求
61 Bachelor’s degree and above/本科學士學位及以上學歷
61 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist/具備3至5年人力資源通才的工作經驗
61 Understanding of local labor law, HR processes, and tools/了解當地勞動法、人力資源流程以及相關工具
61 Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach/具備較強的問題解決能力以及以客戶為中心的工作方法
61 Good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively and build positive relationships/熟練掌握英語，能夠進行有效的溝通并建立良好積極的人際關系
