The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.
The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.
1. The role holder is required to be a manager of Money Mule Risk Management, in designing and where appropriate, deploying policies, procedures and strategies that will minimize the fraud risk.
2. To oversee HASE/AMH Fraud included money mule detection, mitigation and investigation.
3. The managerial coverage to AMH/HASE WPB.
4. Provide support to strategic projects to meet the business requirement and BAU.
5. Giving people the authority, resources and guidance to make informed decisions.
6. Providing responsibilities to direct reports, giving them direction and authority to carry them out.
7. Gathering information about work activities, checking on the quality of the work produced and evaluating the performance of individuals and the effectiveness of all elements of the team and the wider unit.
8. Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with senior business managers across HASE/AMH.
8. Motivate teams working in a challenging operational environment.
10. Create an environment for the delivery of consistent performance measurement, training, career management and succession planning across Money Mule Risk Management.
1. The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.

4. Strong organisational, planning and implementation skills and preferably within a Financial Crime or Fraud management environment.

11. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels.
12. Ability to develop practical, cost effective solutions to complex global issues.
13. Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities and demonstrated judgment and poise in challenging circumstances.
