職位概述
1. 統籌管理非洲及海外多國物流子公司的運營，制定區域發展戰略并監督實施；
2. 制定和執行國際物流戰略，規劃物流網絡布局，確定航運路線和合作伙伴。全面負責國際航運物流的日常運營，管理和優化物流運營流程，提高運營效率，降低運營成本。
3. 協調與航運公司、貨代、報關行、港口等相關合作伙伴的關系，確保物流服務的順暢銜接。
4. 搭建境外物流業務投融資體系，主導跨境資本運作、并購重組及合作談判，優化資源配置。
5. 協調集團總部、海外子公司及外部機構（政府、金融機構、律所等）的協作關系。
6. 推動數字化管理平臺建設，提升跨境業務數據透明度與決策效率。
7. 建立全球物流業務風險評估框架，監控地緣政治、匯率波動及合規風險，制定風險緩釋策略。
8. 負責子公司財務合規性監管，審核境外業務預算、財務報表及成本結構，提供戰略性財務分析。
9. 優化物流資源配置，提高資源利用率，降低運營成本，提高公司經濟效益。
任職要求
1. 供應鏈、物流管理、交通運輸、國際貿易等相關專業優先。
2. 具有 8 年以上大宗商品跨境國際物流行業工作經驗，精通國際航運物流業務流程，熟悉國際貿易規則和相關法律法規。
3. 熟悉非洲及新興市場商業環境，具有船公司、broker國際運營工作經歷或主導過大型物流體系建設項目者優先。
4. 中英文雙語流利（書面及口語），能獨立完成國際商務談判及全中英文報告。具備跨文化敏感度，擅長與多元背景團隊協作。
5. 精通國際物流和供應鏈管理，了解國際財務準則、外匯管理及稅務籌劃，熟練使用SAP、Oracle等ERP系統，具有物流數字化建設經驗優先。
6. 良好的抗壓能力與危機處理意識，適應高頻次跨國出差（非洲區域占比高）。

Position Overview
1. Oversee the operations of logistics subsidiaries in Africa and multiple overseas countries, formulate regional development strategies and supervise their implementation.
2. Develop and execute international logistics strategies, plan logistics network layout, determine shipping routes and partners. Take full responsibility for the daily operations of international shipping logistics, manage and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports and other partners to ensure seamless integration of logistics services.
