崗位職責:
Responsibilities:
1、根據公司戰略,制定年、季、月度銷售計劃,并基于客戶及市場情況,采取相應的銷售策略。
1.Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans according to the company's strategy and adopt appropriate sales strategies based on customer and market situations.
2.以業績目標為導向,積極推進項目的簽訂、回款等工作。
2. Guided by sales performance goal-oriented, to promote project signing and payment collection actively.
3.搜集和積累信息資料,開展市場調研,分析市場動向,組織策劃品牌推廣活動,大力開拓海外市場。
3.Collect and accumulate information, conduct market research, analyze market trends, organize and plan brand promotion activities, and explore overseas markets vigorously.
4.建立、維護和發展客戶關系,提高客戶滿意度。

任職要求:
Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上學歷,工程機械領域相關專業
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, construction machinery/engineering machinery related majors
2.擁有2年以上工程機械領域工作經驗,有一定的客戶資源沉淀者優先
2.More than 2 years of working experience in the field of construction machinery,with a certain amount of customer resources precipitation is preferred
3.精通英語,國籍不限

4.熟悉海外業務運營流程,具有敏銳的海外業務觸覺
4.Proficient in overseas business operation process,with a keen sense of overseas business
5.具有敏銳的系統思維能力、風險意識和風險控制能力、成本意識和成本控制能力
