To debug the code and to provide appropriate solution or identifying issues. 設(shè)計(jì)的軟件模塊要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模塊化，以方便項(xiàng)目其他成員維護(hù)和共同開(kāi)發(fā)。實(shí)現(xiàn)快速定位問(wèn)題并提供解決方案的目標(biāo)。 -Review the existing firmware design, to debug and make changes or quick adoption for new projects. 基于已有的設(shè)計(jì)，為新的項(xiàng)目做軟件的調(diào)試更新迭代。 -To interact effectively with team members, to work in close association with hardware designer to understand the needs and to address the issues and solutions related to the project. 和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員高效溝通，和硬件同事緊密配合，了解清楚項(xiàng)目的需求定位項(xiàng)目中的問(wèn)題并找到解決方案。 -Understand the popular communication protocols, especially DALI2 standard. Implement latest firmware technologies, including DEXAL/DALI and Wireless module 熟練掌握常用的通訊協(xié)議： I2C,SPI, UART… DALI2 (加分項(xiàng)) 任職要求： Experience and Backgrounds: -Master/Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant major. -2-4 years of solid hardware/firmware design experience in power supplier/lighting industry 2到4年，MCU 固件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟練使用MCU資源。 Skillsets: -Very solid firmware design experience. 扎實(shí)的MCU固件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 -Strong sense of ownership, responsible for the success of the product design including quality assurance after production. 較強(qiáng)的主人翁意識(shí)，積極主動(dòng)的承擔(dān)在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)中的責(zé)任。 -Good communication skills on explaining design concepts, firmware architecture, firmware validation methodology etc. and cooperation with hardware engineers. 良好的溝通能力，能夠和硬件同事緊密合作。 -Can read, write and communicate in English. 能夠用英文進(jìn)行讀寫(xiě)溝通。
