LOE Engineer
How You’ll Make an Impact
Digitalization(70%):
61 在PTC DTO和LOE Manager的指導下制定公司數字化發展的藍圖和路線圖。
61 負責總部MES項目的實施,包括但不限于負責相關系統需求分析、方案溝通、運維支持,參與系統實施以及系統優化等工作。
61 負責工廠其他數字化項目,包括完善需求、邏輯,推進項目實施;實施過程需扮演項目經理角色、管理項目進程、執行效果評價和升級維護;針對部分需求進行自我開發,構建數字化APP。
61 提升工廠數字化文化和能力建設:推動工廠的低代碼開發(如APA、簡道云、IoT…)的學習、支持指導其他成員的項目開發、交流、宣傳。
61 參與PTC或與總部的溝通和***實踐分享,負責推進可借鑒項目的實施。
Operation excellence(30%):
61 參與和支持公司戰略管理,籌備戰略會,跟蹤戰略項目實施。
61 參與精益基層改善活動(lean dojo),負責KPIs的收集和展示,協助管理者分析差異原因、制訂改善行動計劃、展示***經驗。參與工廠內、PTC或與總部的***實踐分享。。
61 關注精益工具的培訓和精益文化和推廣。
61 深度參與自動化轉型項目,包括需求分析、設備方案評估、設備導入、管理設備安裝-調試-驗收
61 5.上級主管安排的臨時性項目和工作要求。
What You Bring
1. 全日制統招大學本科及以上學歷,計算機/信息管理/軟件工程相關專業;
2. 工作經驗4年以上,有后端開發經驗,熟悉工具應用,如ASP.Net、C#、JAVA、Python;熟悉SQL Server,Oracle等常規數據的使用;網頁前端開發和工具應用經驗is a plus.
3. 有 MES 項目經驗優先
4. 具備良好的信息化系統設計及方案編寫能力, 善于團隊溝通協調,并能獨立完成需求調研、項目設計、建議方案,同時具備較強的溝通能力
5. 有自動化項目,熟悉工業通信協議,如Modbus/TCP, OPC UA, MQTT,PROFINET更優
